I love lobster rolls and living in Connecticut I've had my fair share. They all have been good. But the one I bought at Wallace's was the best lobster roll I've ever had. Plenty of lobster meat, incredibly fresh, on a toasted roll. Heaven. Take time to poke around this store; although small it seemingly has just about everything you would need to keep your kitchen and pantry well stocked. We rented a cottage just down the road from Wallace's and in addition to our lobster roll feast, we also ordered a couple of pizzas, which were quite good. Also look for the whoopie pies, made locally, on the counter. A simple but wonderful dessert. Everyone working there is nice and welcoming, and the locals you run into are friendly and helpful as well. Love this place.
